- If you want to apply for ODSP, you’ll need documentation in hand that shows that you have a diagnosed disability.
- Usually, if you’re eligible for ODSP, your worker will apply for you at least 6 months before you turn 18. They will complete an application online, gather all the documents that are needed, and make an appointment to meet with the ODSP office. This meeting will be for you to attend, but it’s a good idea for you to bring a support person with you, if you need help finding someone send an email here and let us know.
