How do I get support for my disability or diagnosis in college or university?

Colleges and universities offer accommodations for students with disabilities or diagnoses that might interfere with their learning to ensure a supportive environment:

If you have, or had, an Individual Education Plan (IEP) in high school, some colleges or universities can help you transfer it. Contact the accommodations office at your college or university for more information.

If you require a psychoeducational assessment for accommodations, funding support may be available. Email us to inquire about funding options. If you are in Grade 11 or 12, you can ask your worker about potential financial support through the Education Liaison.
